Our project Vajkard is based on experiencing and creating in the manner, which is similar to the way our Slovenian poli-historist Janez Vajkard Valvasor had. Important part of the workshop is exploring of natural, culturological and visual valuables of our environment, and in the same time we are dedicated to develope our autorship and individual conceptualism. The topic of our workshop based on ecological point of view, this year, is: Personal observation of nature and people in of National regional park of Rakov Škocjan and Cerknica lake and it's surroundings. This year's Vajkard is the second one, so we will gather at the hunter's cottage in Rakov Škocjan, where the majority of our activities will happen. We will dedicate our first day to the aclimatisation and meeting of all of old and new members of the workshop and setting the camp, than we have four days time to explore the environment. The third part is supposed to be a creation part and it will last for five days. On July 28th we will conclude our project and start cleaning up the camp and dismounting it. After that we have time to prepair our workshop untill July 31st which will take place in Snežnik castle in Loška dolina and it will be open till the end of the August.
